As you can see on the photo gallery at the home page the main entrance of the Villa will lead you to a very spacious and sun-filled living area with stunning views of the infinity pool and the Mediterranean Sea.

Large glass windows and doors fill the space with plenty of light brightly and furnished in white.

The living area comprises a dining area with seating that can accommodate up to 6 guests and a living area / TV corner with a comfortable sofa and a modern fireplace.

For entertainment you will find a flat screen TV with international satellite channels, stereo system, Nintendo Wii games console and a Blu-Ray / DVD / CD player with internet.
 
The villa has the luxury of wireless internet connection.

Adjacent to the living area is a separate guest toilet.

On the ground floor you will also find a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, a blender, a hob, a fridge/freeze, an ice maker, a microwave, and an oven.

Next to the kitchen are also a pantry, a laundry room with washing machine and tumble dryer.

A single bedroom is located on this floor enjoying the luxury of a private shower room. 

Also at the ground floor you will find a second living area with a large dining table which can accommodate up to 12 guests.

On a lower level are located 3 bedrooms. The first bedroom features a luxurious four-poster double bed and has the luxury of a private balcony with Jacuzzi and magnificent Mediterranean views.

The second and third bedrooms are double bedrooms sharing an exclusive shower room with his and her washbasins and hydro massage shower cabin. The shower room features a music system, allowing you to enjoy the sound of the radio.

Moving to the first floor you will find the remaining 4 bedrooms of the Villa, the first being a double bedroom with the luxury of an en suite shower room, a dressing table and a private balcony revealing magnificent views over the sea.

Further two double bedrooms share a shower room with hydro massage cabin and have access to a large balcony with amazing sea views.

The final bedroom of the villa is a twin bedroom (convertible into double) and benefits from an en suite shower room with hydro massage shower and a balcony shared with the two adjacent bedrooms.

All of the bedrooms are air-conditioned and offer toiletries and amazing sea views.

The outside area can be accessed through large glass doors in the living area located on the ground floor. Main feature of the exterior is the impressive infinity pool, surrounded by comfortable sun beds, overlooking the sea. There are 2 double chill out beds as well as 6 wood sunbeds making a total of 10 sunbeds available at the villa.

The beach is located just below the villa, but other beachs can be reached on the right and left side of the Villa.

The unique setting of the property allows you to enjoy superb mountain or sea views from every area.

For you to truly experience the joy of al fresco dining the villa offers a barbecue and a stone oven, as well as a picnic area and outside dining furniture. The exterior also features a children's play area with a secure trampoline. Throughout the entire setting of the exterior are growing palms, orange, lemon and apple trees.

The villa has a security alarm system and a private garage for up to 4 cars.
